Why now
BCG sizes the agentic AI services expansion at roughly $200B, and three-quarters of enterprises want a partner to help them adopt. Meanwhile the EU AI Act is enforcing, sovereign-cloud mandates are spreading, and AI execution is already happening outside the systems built to govern it. The execution layer regulated enterprises now require does not yet have a default vendor.
